About us
Founded in 2020, Financial Literacy Online Workshops (FLOW) Management Inc. is a Blackled not-for-profit organization with a focus to improve the financial knowledge, skills and build resilience amongst marginalized black youth (13 to 29) in Hamilton, Ontario.
Our workshops, event gatherings, and community initiatives focus on equipping Black Canadians with free educational resources, access to mentorship, and empowering them to confidently make informed financial decisions and plan for their futures.
Our Mission
Our goal is to educate racialized Black Canadians through culturally relevant financial literacy programs designed to improve money management skills, encourage smart financial choices, and promote economic empowerment within the community.

By partnering with community organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies, we develop impactful programs and initiatives aimed at fostering financial inclusion and strengthening social engagements.

Our Team Members

Yannick Kabisoso
Yannick is an experienced mortgage broker, financial literacy educator, and community leader with over a decade in the financial services industry. His work centers on empowering underrepresented communities through financial education, strategic coaching, and providing accessible resources. With expertise in real estate, financial management, and entrepreneurship, Yannick helps individuals build long-term wealth and financial confidence. His passion for uplifting Black communities drives his mission to close gaps in financial literacy and promote inclusive economic resilience.

Joshua Kiena
Joshua is a community leader with extensive experience in the non-profit sector, particularly working with inner-city youth in Hamilton. His expertise includes event planning, program development, and driving community engagement initiatives that empower and uplift marginalized communities. With a deep commitment to youth mentorship, Joshua thrives in connecting with individuals from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.

Yasir Ahmed
Yasir is a skilled Finance Manager and CPA candidate with over five years of experience in the public sector, specializing in corporate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Ottawa and brings a strong analytical approach to financial operations and strategic planning. His background reflects a deep passion financial management and community service —demonstrated through his volunteer work with the CRA’s CVITP program
